My journey started in the banking sector, where high stress and poor nutrition led to a rapid 40lb weight gain. I felt sluggish, inflamed, and out of control. I turned that ship around in 5 months—losing the weight and keeping it off through pregnancies and career shifts.
Now, I coach women in the corporate space to do the exact same thing.
Who I work with: I work specifically with mothers in corporate leadership roles who are tired of the "start-stop" cycle of fitness. You are busy, you have kids (I have a 3-year-old and a 1-year-old, I get it), and you don't have time to waste.
